
Top notch executives at the music empire of Universal are exploring vast opportunities when it comes to the Web3, metaverse and NFT world. As a result, Universal Music Group has recently locked a deal with Curio, to debut a collection of new NFTs, which will include the conglomerate’s immense directory of stars. This has been set to be a plan to incorporate interactive features along with the fact that this can generate new income for the organization.
This is not the first time that the music goliath, Universal, has shown interest and revealed plans when it comes to the blockchain technology. They are investing billions of dollars in the industry, simply because they can see the huge future potential behind it. Last December, they announced the BAYC NFT band, Kingshi, which is made up of fabricated and renowned NFT avatars.
A score of NFT backed digital products!
The collaboration with Curio is considered to be a whole new experience between fans and music artists allowing for a one-of-a-kind engagement protocols. In other words, fans in the music industry will have access to a whole new level of interaction with their favorite artists and musicians. Curio will initiate the creation of this collection, with Calum Scott, singer and song writer, debuting his very own first NFT this March.
